Summary: Reunited with the Doctor, Jack finds everything has changed.

Back when he’d travelled with Rose and his Doctor, Jack had felt like part of something so much bigger than himself. The three of them had been a family, sharing adventures, always there for each other no matter what.
Now, everything has changed. Rose is gone, replaced by Martha, who at least seems to like him, but the Doctor…
It’s not just his face and body that have changed, it’s his whole personality, and he treats Jack more like an unwelcome stranger than an old friend. It hurts to be excluded this way, like he’s on the outside looking in.
