A/N: Double drabble.
“Owen, you need to get over here right away, and bring your camera.” That was all Jack had said before hanging up. Owen was miffed at being pulled away from some experiments with samples from an alien plant, which were yielding some very interesting results.
Jack and Ianto had gone out earlier to round up an unruly Weevil, a task they frequently carried out by themselves, so how come they suddenly needed his assistance, and why did they want him to bring the high-res video camera he used in his medical and forensic work?
When he got to Jack and Ianto’s location he had to push his way through a crowd of people to reach them.
“What’s all the fuss about? You’ve seen one Weevil you’ve seen ‘em all.” He should know; he’d been studying them long enough.
“See for yourself.”
Owen looked in the direction Jack was pointing.
There was the Weevil, dressed in a pink tracksuit, juggling four balls while twirling a hula-hoop around its middle. People were applauding and throwing coins in the bucket at its feet.
Ianto smirked. “I think we might be looking at the first Weevil street performer to be granted an official license.”
