Summary: Jack’s back. Now what?

A/N: Double drabble.
First Jack dies…
No, Ianto corrects himself. First we betray Jack, then Jack dies trying to fix the mess we made, then Jack ups and leaves without a word. We probably shouldn’t be this angry with him, but how did he think we’d react? He comes swanning back into our lives after three bloody months, acting like he just popped to the shops for milk.
“Did you miss me?”
Stupid question. We’ve been barely surviving, trying to run Torchwood by ourselves!
And what’s with the ex-wife showing up and sending us running around like headless chickens looking for what he claims are bombs? If Jack believes that’s what they are, he needs his head examining. There’s something fishy going on. I wouldn’t trust John Fucking Hart as far as I could throw him. Should’ve fed him to Myfanwy. No, Janet. She needs a new chew toy.
Instead, here I am, with Jack, searching an office, and… Okay, now I’m hearing things. Did he just say what I think he said? Better check…
“Are you asking me out on a date?”
I should be mad at him. I AM mad at him, but… He looks adorably nervous.
“Interested?”
Another stupid question.
