Summary: Bad Wolf deals with the Dalek threat.

Anything that has been built or created, anything that exists, whether living or inanimate, can be dismantled. Rose understands this now, or rather, Bad Wolf understands.
More than that, Bad Wolf knows exactly how to bring about the deconstruction of anything in the universe. If she chose, she could unravel existence. She chooses otherwise.
The Dalek fleet is a threat, not merely to the Game Station, but to the planet below, and everything that isn’t a Dalek. The fleet must be destroyed.
It takes Bad Wolf little more than a thought to break them into their constituent atoms.
Job done.
