Summary: Accidents happen when Weevil hunting.

A/N: Double drabble.
Battling Weevils could be hazardous, even with a team of people working together. If it had been a single Weevil, Jack and Ianto could have handled it easily enough by themselves, but there were three causing trouble, and that required teamwork in order to get them all sedated, hooded, and loaded in the rear of the SUV.
The first one was already down, with Owen making sure it was out for the count while Gwen fastened the hood over its head. Blindfolded Weevils, even if they regained consciousness, were generally docile, subdued by their inability to see. The two remaining troublemakers, however, were being less cooperative. One took a swipe at Jack, only landing a glancing blow, but Jack was already off balance and slammed headfirst into a wall, dropping like a stone.
By the time the team had managed to take down the last Weevil, Jack was already getting to his feet, listing a little to one side.
“Alright?” Ianto asked, sparing his lover a brief glance.
“Fine. You know me, head solid as a rock. Probably dented that wall.”
“More likely cracked your skull.”
Jack shrugged, unconcerned. “Better me than you lot. At least I’m not permanently damaged.”
